/ About this event
This year every agency added the same line to its pitch: we'll get your clients cited by ChatGPT. It's a real need (half of B2B software buyers now start their research in an AI chatbot), and it's already a crowded, hard-to-prove service.
Here's the part many are missing: what happens after the agent shows up. AI agents don't just read your clients' sites anymore. They compare pricing, fill out forms, book demos, and check out. Some people call this B2A, business-to-agent. In a new study of 1,560 AI agents across six models, task completion fell from 96% to 31% on sites with basic accessibility gaps, and many went unnoticed.
In 40 minutes, we'll share what an agent actually sees on a client's site, why this should have a policy in place, and how to turn it into a service you can measure (tasks completed, before and after) instead of another AI tool to resell.
