Beyond the Counter: Courtside Edition
Beauty discovery no longer begins and ends at the counter.
Today, people are discovering what to try, trust, save and buy through AI, creators, hotel bathrooms, wellness spaces, group chats, community recommendations and the moments when they are preparing to show up.
During LA Tech Week, Triple Eight Creative presents Beyond the Counter: Courtside Edition, an interactive beauty, technology and hospitality experience exploring how personalization is reshaping the customer journey.
Founder and CEO Chardé Smith-Anglin will introduce guests to the Signature Glam System and Char, T8C’s AI beauty concierge, during an intimate founder conversation hosted by Jade McCrary. Through a live demonstration, guests will see how beauty identity, environment and immediate need can create recommendations that feel genuinely personal.
The afternoon will bring together beauty and technology founders, hospitality leaders, investors, media, creators and community builders to consider what brands need to understand about people before they can create better products, recommendations and experiences.
Following the conversation, guests will step into **The Cool Down Club: Courtside Edition**, a rooftop beauty-discovery experience powered by Triple Eight Creative’s Beauty Layer.
