What if you met the person before you met their résumé?
Claydate is a hands-on social experiment for LA Tech Week. Come make questionable things out of clay, meet people you probably wouldn't have met otherwise, and have conversations that have nothing to do with pitching yourself.
There’s one rule for the first half:
No job titles. No company names. No “I’m the founder of…” No résumé talk.
When you arrive, you’ll find your name waiting at a table we’ve curated for you. Grab some clay, pick a conversation card, and meet the humans sitting across from you.
Later, we’ll reveal what everyone actually does.
We’ll also explore a few questions around something Product.ai thinks about a lot: trust. What makes you trust another person? What makes you trust AI? And what happens when you know someone before knowing their credentials?
How it works
RSVP → fill out our short Claydate questionnaire → we curate the tables → find your name when you arrive → make something → meet someone.
