Join us for an evening with the founders and investors defining fintech's next chapter.
WMNfintech is a nonprofit fintech accelerator run by 1871 and BMO, bringing a cohort of high-growth fintech startups to major financial hubs across North America. Since launching in 2020, it's grown into North America's largest network of its kind — helping entrepreneurs unlock resources, strengthen go-to-market strategy, and build lasting industry connections.
Cohort founders have strong traction, building across estate tech, ag fintech, commercial real estate, and corporate treasury. Collectively, alumni have created 220+ jobs and raised over $51M in capital.
This year's cohort is on a roadshow across Toronto, Chicago, NYC and LA. This is the LA stop, hosted in partnership with How Women Invest.

Using AI-powered cash-flow intelligence, it aligns business rent with cash flow, so landlords get full rent on time each month while tenants repay through flexible, budget-friendly installments. ● Martha Underwood, Co-founder & CEO, Prismm — Prismm is a beneficiary and inheritance platform that helps banks retain deposits, reduce estate settlement friction, and strengthen relationships with the next generation of account holders. ● Yvette Wu, Co-founder & CEO, Yield Exchange — Yield Exchange is a digital marketplace modernizing how organizations invest short-term cash, giving corporate treasurers access to institutional investment opportunities while connecting financial institutions with new sources of liquidity. It's facilitated over $1B in platform activity and is expanding across North America. ● Alex Locklear, Co-founder & CEO, Good Agriculture — Good Agriculture is an AI- powered farm business management platform that automates bookkeeping, financial analysis, tax prep, cash flow modeling, and farm forms — saving farmers 3–5 hours a week.
