/ About this event
The people responsible for developing stronger leaders rarely have a room designed specifically for them. This is that room.
Leadership Signals is a relaxed evening for HR, L&D, and People leaders who help develop leaders inside their organizations.
HR leaders often hear broad feedback such as "needs more executive presence" or "doesn't sound strategic." But what specific communication behaviors might be shaping those perceptions?
At check-in, you'll receive The Leadership Signals Guide, developed by Dr. Sumeyra Ozturk, executive communication coach and founder of Speech & Mind.
The guide introduces seven research-backed signals that influence how credible and authoritative a leader appears, turning the vague idea of executive presence into observable behaviors.
Use it as a conversation starter and take it back to your team.
No panels. No forced networking. Just real conversations over drinks.
Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
