MOLTEN is a 24-hour hackathon for prototyping the tools of spatial creation.
Spatial consumption shipped this decade, with Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest 3, Snap Spectacles all coming out. But spatial creation is unsolved: the tools people use to author for these devices are still 2D (Blender + a monitor, Reality Composer, Unity + mouse). MOLTEN gives LA's best builders 24 hours to prototype what comes next: multimodal authoring tools that let creators make with their whole body.
