AI now touches almost every stage of making a film: how scripts get evaluated, what gets financed, how things get shot and finished, and how anyone finds out the movie exists at all.
Most conversations pick one piece and argue about it. We're following a single project through all four, stopping wherever a machine now has a say — and asking the same question each time: is this doing a job nobody wanted, or a job someone used to get paid for?
