**What does leadership look like when you stop performing it and start embodying it?**
Power, Unperformed is an intimate salon for female founders, investors, operators, and executives exploring authenticity, ambition, identity, and the versions of ourselves we learn to perform in order to succeed.
We’re taught how powerful women should show up.
Confident, but not intimidating. Vulnerable, but not emotional. Decisive, but still likable. Independent. Polished. Composed.
At some point, it can become difficult to tell the difference between **authentic leadership and performance**.
So we’re asking different questions:
What have you edited to be taken seriously? What did you adopt because you thought leadership required it? What no longer feels like you? And what changes when you stop performing power and start embodying it?
Through anonymous reflections, candid stories, and facilitated conversation shaped by the female founders, investors, operators, and executives in the room, we’ll explore the relationship between **authenticity, femininity, vulnerability, ambition, leadership, and power.**
This isn’t a panel about how to become a better woman leader.
**It’s a conversation about becoming more fully yourself as you lead, so you can lead with greater clarity, build deeper trust, and strengthen the relationships that make your work possible.**
**Leave with:** greater clarity on your authentic leadership style, the patterns you may have learned to perform, and how you want to show up with the people you lead, build with, invest in, and answer to.

**11 AM–12 PM | Arrive + Settle In** Grab a drink or bite, meet the women in the room, and contribute an anonymous reflection to help shape the conversation.
**12–1 PM | Power, Unperformed** A facilitated salon shaped by real stories, honest questions, and the female founders, investors, operators, and executives in the room.
**1–2 PM | Stay + Connect** No forced networking. Stay for the conversation and the women you want to know beyond today.
