Most career fairs in this city don't actually happen at career fairs. They happen at a dinner, on a lot, in a group chat where someone says "you should talk to my friend who's hiring." That's not a coincidence — hiring here, especially at startups and entertainment-adjacent companies, runs on real conversations, not resumes sitting in a queue.
So we built the room for people who don't already have that group chat.
8 founders — building in creator economy, entertainment-tech, and consumer — get 3 minutes each on stage to pitch you directly. You hear who they are, what they're building, and what they're actually looking for, before you ever hand over a resume. No booth line, no recruiter reading off a script, no black hole.
Worth saying why now: entry-level postings are down 35% since 2023, and nearly half of HR professionals admit to posting jobs they never intend to fill. The old format wasn't built for this job market, so we're not using it.
