/ About this event
Amca presents The Great American Egg Drop competition. We are calling on LA's finest to participate. Self-organized teams of ~5 will design and build a contraption from which an egg can safely drop and glide from Archer, a Neros drone. The team whose egg travels the greatest distance horizontally without breaking wins.
All supplies will be provided. No outside materials allowed. Tacos and beer will keep you fueled during the competition.
The competition will promptly start at 6pm and go until 7:30. We'll launch the drones at 8:00pm and crown the winner at 8:30pm.
The prize? You won't even believe your eyes.
Special thanks to Neros for providing their drone, Archer. And to Smokey Hollow Industries for the warehouse.
