/ About this event
Your champion loves your solution. Now they need to help the rest of the buying group see what they see.
I'm Bruce Scheer, founder of Inspire Your Buyers and bestselling author of "Inspire Your Buyers." This is a small, in-person, interactive session for business and go-to-market leaders in B2B who sell high-consideration solutions: the kind of purchase that takes a buying committee to approve.
I'll share stories from my work with Tableau, Concur and Fastly: what their buyers needed to see and hear, and how the story got retold inside the account. I’ll also offer frameworks and show real examples that can be readily applied to your situation.
What we'll work on • Find the value: what your buyer cares about, why it matters now, and where you're different. • Communicate the value: a visual narrative your team can tell and your champion can repeat without you. • Quantify the value: how to build a business case your champion can defend.
We'll also look at value the way buyers do. They want a return on the solution. They also weigh what it's like to buy from you, and whether you're a good bet on their future.
What you'll leave with • A one-page positioning and narrative canvas so you can continue this strategic work. • A link to a free Kindle copy of my book, "Inspire Your Buyers: Go to Market with a Story That Sizzles."
Limited to 10 participants. Admission is free. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
