“How do I teach my team where and when to use AI?” If you’ve asked yourself this question, you’re in the right place. You’ve probably seen or felt the impacts yourself: training that doesn’t change how work is done, difficulty scaling AI adoption, and business impact that doesn’t seem to reflect the investment made.
On the Friday morning of LA Tech Week, eight to twelve executives who own AI adoption and have already run something are coming to a backyard in Culver City for one conversation about it. Not a panel, not a presentation.
I'm Mariena Quintanilla. I run AI enablement inside organizations, like American Bankers Association, where I work embedded with teams and run an AI Champions program that teaches people across the organization to do it themselves.
Co-facilitating with me is executive coach and leadership facilitator Katya Davydova, whose work marries organizational development, communication, and leading through change, and the role of AI within human systems. TEDx speaker, author of Joy in Plain Sight.
You'll leave with the lived wisdom, experiments, and actions from experts in the room, as well as a copy of the framework I use for aligning AI initiatives to business impact.
