Most of the defense-tech conversation in LA this week is about what the next war might require. This one is about what the current war has already settled.
A panel of Ukrainian founders whose products are tested against a live Russian adversary, sometimes the same week they ship, on what has actually changed at the front: what electronic warfare does to comms and autonomy, which founding assumptions died on contact, why attritable beats exquisite, why allied militaries are choosing capability that cannot be politically switched off, and what all of it means for investors, since valuation is not validation and LOIs are not traction.
Speakers include Misha Rudominski, CEO and co-founder of HIMERA (tactical comms, now delivering to the Swedish Armed Forces), with additional Ukrainian founders to be announced. Moderated by Justin Zeefe, Founding GP, Green Flag Ventures, the first US venture fund with a full-time presence in Kyiv.
