Join MirWork for an interactive SF Tech Week event bringing together founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, job seekers, recruiters, and people leaders. We’ll explore how to turn ideas into businesses, build early teams, and find your next opportunity—with practical feedback and time to connect.

2:30–3:00 PM · Check-in & Networking Meet fellow attendees, connect with the MirWork community, and settle in before the sessions begin.
3:00–4:00 PM · Founder Pitch & Feedback Selected founders and aspiring founders will share their ideas and receive practical feedback from a panel. Hear different approaches to building a business, communicating a vision, and working through early challenges.
4:00–4:30 PM · Workshop An interactive workshop, with the topic and speaker to be announced.
4:30–5:15 PM · Building Your First Team: From 0 to 1 How do you turn a founder’s vision into a team that can execute? This panel explores the people, roles, and decisions behind building an early-stage company—from making your first hires and defining responsibilities to setting priorities and bringing a product to market. We’ll discuss how Chief of Staff (CoS), operations, and go-to-market (GTM) roles help founders keep teams aligned and build the foundations for growth.
5:15–5:30 PM · MirWork Demo See how MirWork helps job seekers understand their fit and prepare for interviews, and supports hiring teams in evaluating candidates.
5:30–6:30 PM · Hiring Panel & Audience Q&A Hear directly from hiring professionals about what companies look for, why qualified candidates sometimes get overlooked, and how to communicate your experience and value.
6:30–7:30 PM · Open Networking Continue conversations with panelists, meet potential collaborators, and connect with founders, recruiters, career coaches, and fellow attendees.
Attendees will also have opportunities to receive resume feedback from experienced career coaches.
