Demos & Dim Sum brings a curated group of early-stage AI founders to one of San Francisco's classic dim sum spots to pitch live in front of a panel of technical judges: senior engineers and builders from frontier labs, AI infrastructure companies, and breakout startups. Judges will dig into what's actually been built, how it works, and whether it survives the next model generation.
