/ About this event
Two AI shifts hitting real estate at once.
New wealth is creating your next buyer. New search is deciding who they call.
One event, two sessions, one afternoon. The AI economy is minting a new kind of Bay Area buyer, and the same technology is quietly rewriting how that buyer picks an agent. We'll cover both ends of it.
Milana is a Bay Area broker with 25+ years of experience and more than $700 million in closed residential sales. As Founding Member of SERHANT. in California and President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® San Francisco, now in her second term, she represents buyers, sellers, and investors across San Francisco and the Silicon Valley Peninsula, including the region's most competitive luxury markets. Her work with tech executives, founders, investors, and equity-compensated buyers gives her a direct read on how rapidly created wealth is changing purchasing power, buyer behavior, and values across the Bay Area.
Mark van Ryswyk is the CEO of Catchouse and the former Chief Product Officer of Tinder, with 20+ years building consumer products at scale. At Tinder he owned the systems behind discovery and matching, deciding which profiles surfaced and which introductions got made across 45 million users across the world. His work building ranking and trust systems at that scale gives him direct insight into how the models now answering "who should I hire" actually choose, and what professionals can do about it.
