Friends in Product Walk #SFTechWeek
Golden Gate Park | San Francisco
A relaxed morning walk bringing together product leaders, founders, designers, engineers, investors, and builders from across the global product community during SF Tech Week.
We'll step away from the conference rooms for a couple of hours to walk, talk, exchange ideas, and meet interesting people building the future of product and AI.
🌿 Suggested Route — ~3.5–4 km | 60–75 mins
Start: Music Concourse Meet, coffee, quick introductions and group photo.
↓ 1. California Academy of Sciences / de Young Museum Walk through the eastern end of the park and start the conversation with rotating walking pairs.
↓ 2. Japanese Tea Garden Continue through the gardens and surrounding paths. Great natural pause point for smaller group conversations.
↓ 3. Stow Lake / Blue Heron Lake Walk along the lake for the longest stretch of the route. Use this section for deeper 1:1 conversations and introductions.
↓ 4. Strawberry Hill / Lake Loop A slightly more scenic section of the walk, with people naturally breaking into smaller groups.
↓ 5. Return toward Music Concourse Regroup for a final group photo and informal coffee/brunch nearby.

8:00 AM — Meet + coffee 8:15 AM — Welcome + group photo 8:20 AM — Walk begins 9:30 AM — Return / regroup 9:30–10:00 AM — Coffee + informal networking
One simple rule: Don't walk with the person you came with.
We'll encourage everyone to switch conversation partners along the route so you leave having met people you wouldn't otherwise have crossed paths with.
