We’re taking over a boat and cruising around Alcatraz for a night of demos, drinks, and very cool people building very cool things.
The idea is simple: build something fun before you come, then show it off on the boat.
This isn’t a startup pitch competition, so leave the deck at home. We want fun hacks: dumb experiments, fun little tools, things that made you laugh, or something you built just because you wanted to see if it would work.
Keep it cool, fun, and simple. Bonus points if you build it on Cloudflare (check out our new agent framework Flue at https://flueframework.com/) or use Kling AI models somewhere in the project.
Once we’re onboard, laptops mostly go away. We’ll do rapid-fire 1–2 minute demos, pick some winners, hand out prizes, and spend the rest of the night eating, drinking, meeting other builders, and cruising around the Bay.
