Immigration Startup Toolkit 1PM – 2PM PT A founder-focused conversation about the immigration issues that exist as startups grow. Our first event is a direct infusion of all the key immigration issues that startup founders need to think about and wrestle with. The presentation is borne of conversations with hundreds of startup founders to provide a quick and impactful intro to all the key non-immigrant status types while sharing our approach to green card processing in the “age of Stephen Miller”. The presentation will cover key considerations for hiring, fundraising and investing, and attracting AI-related talent. We’ll then open the floor for questions and discussion.
Immigration Round Tables – 45 min session 2PM-3PM PT Come join David Zaritzky Brown (Managing Partner) and Ryan Kelly (Partner) as they apply their unique skills (not yet learned or understood by your AI bot) to work through the tough challenges of the founder, engineer, student class – you bring your visa and non-immigrant questions and green card related issues and we’ll help outline a plan of attack in real time.
