/ About this event
I’d love to celebrate the launch of Micropractice with you.
On Tuesday, October 6, I’ll be at Book Passage in San Francisco’s Ferry Building for a launch-night conversation with author and rest/work expert Alex Soojung-Kim Pang. At the heart of Micropractice is a simple question:
What if well-being didn’t require stepping away from your life, but could be woven into the moments you already have?
We’ll explore the science behind Micropractice, why practices lasting 30 seconds or less can become meaningful when repeated over time, and how small shifts in movement, touch, breathing, and awareness can help us cultivate more calm, clarity, and joy—without adding another big task to the day.
Book Passage, Ferry Building, San Francisco Tuesday, October 6 Conversation + Q&A: 5:30–6:30 PM Book signing afterward Free admission + open seating
I’d love to see you there and celebrate Micropractice making its way into the world.
