Finalists sit for a live panel interview where the panel holds your actual resume and a set of loaded questions — plus a workplace scandal you know nothing about. Half the room can see what the other half can't. That gap is where the comedy lives.
Underneath the bit, it's networking that actually works. The crowd hears real career summaries during voting, strangers sell themselves to a room of peers, and nobody has to cold-approach anyone. The show manufactures the introductions. Speed networking, minus the speed dating energy.
