Join us for a different kind of #SFTechWeek evening where artists, humanists, and AI builders create together.
Throughout the night in Mission, we invite everyone to answer one question: “When computers do the work, I will ______.”
We’re bringing together former AI builders at OpenAI and DeepMind alongside a Shakespeare scholar and a musician for an intimate conversation on autonomy, creativity, and the human craft: • Can computers be truly creative? • What does computer autonomy actually look like in practice? • When computers take on our digital labor, what do humans do with their free time? (We will then open the floor for audience questions)
The space is inspired by the retro-futuristic pixel art Simular created for its AI agent, Sai. Expect live music, drinks, small bites, and hands-on time with autonomous computers.
