sobremesa (n.) — Spanish, literally "over the table." The time after a meal when nobody gets up, because the conversation isn't finished.
An intimate gathering of AI leaders, engineering leaders, product leaders, and founders. Limited seats and a panel of engineering and AI leaders on what it actually takes to build with AI right now — the architecture calls, the tradeoffs, the things that don't make it into the launch post. Then we clear the plates and let the conversation keep going.
Mexican dinner served family-style. Local wines plus a curated non-alcoholic list — agua frescas and a paloma that doesn't need the tequila.
