Join us during Tech Week for eats, drinks, and a working session on getting your first round done right. We’ll break down valuations, SAFEs vs. notes, and how to actually run a fundraise, then we’ll help you set your terms and draft a SAFE you can send to investors that same week.

I’m Omed. I was a startup attorney at Cooley and MoFo, advising founders through Series A and B raises from tier-1 VCs like a16z, and I’ve mentored at Techstars and other accelerators. I left to build Founders Form AI, the platform that runs startup legal for early-stage founders.
