The Exchange is a high-speed business matchmaking experience hosted by Exonome and AllPeeP during SF Tech Week. Instead of another afternoon of surface-level introductions, you'll take part in a structured series of conversations designed to uncover real opportunities and move them forward.
Across 5 to 10 rapid rounds you'll meet founders, business owners, service providers, creators, and ecosystem leaders who can become customers, partners, collaborators, referral sources, or the connection that solves your next business challenge.
Every attendee gets a color-coded identifier showing what they offer and what they're looking for. And every conversation has to end with an exchange:
• Constructive feedback that strengthens an idea, offer, or approach • A relevant introduction or referral • A resource, service, or solution • A potential partnership or collaboration • A specific next step for continuing the relationship
No one should leave with only a stack of business cards.
HOW THE AFTERNOON RUNS
1:00 — Doors, check-in, and color coding. You identify your primary offer and your primary need.
1:20 — Orientation. The hosts explain the exchange rule, the timing, and what every round has to produce.
1:30 — Rapid rounds of 1:1 structured conversations. Each participant shares what they do, what they need, and what they can provide, and both sides commit to an exchange.
2:30 — Host panel: community x economic infrastructure. A short facilitated discussion between Exonome and AllPeeP leaders, with invited partners, on how trusted community relationships become durable economic exchange.
3:00 — Strongest-match reconnection. Find the people you most want to keep talking to and agree on a concrete next step.
3:15 — Activate: Watch the room become a living, discoverable network. Participants’ offers and needs will come to life across the Exonome and AllPeeP-powered community—giving the right people, resources, and opportunities a place to keep finding one another long after the event ends.
4:00 — Close.
