/ About this event

402 Payment Required, inside The New Business Stack.

HTTP 402 sat reserved in the spec since 1997, waiting for a customer that wasn’t a person. Agents are what finally made it necessary. On Friday, October 9, during SF Tech Week, that layer gets a slot inside Team1’s afternoon on how AI and blockchain are actually rewriting the business stack.

Colin Lowenberg will talk about AISA.one’s unified API, run a live demo, then open it up for Q&A.

The demo: an agent hits a paywalled endpoint through AISA’s unified API, gets a 402 back with payment instructions, settles in USDC through Circle Nanopayments, retries with proof of payment, and gets its data. No account, no invoice, no human. Then the same flow across a fleet in parallel, with per-agent budget caps enforced by the network rather than by hope.

About the demo The status code nobody implemented for twenty-five years is suddenly the most interesting one on the internet. Agents need a way to pay for an endpoint without an account, an invoice, or a human in the loop. AISA.one’s unified API is that handshake: a 402 with payment instructions, settlement in USDC, proof of payment on the retry, and budget caps held by the network.

About AISA.one AISA.one is a unified API for agent payments. One interface for the 402 flow: payment instructions, USDC settlement, and proof of payment, so an agent can pay for data without an account or a human in the loop.
