Across SF Tech Week we're hosting three gatherings where builders, founders, and creatives show up to flow together, have real conversations around meaningful topics, and leave refreshed and inspired. Each one blends 'co-flow' drop-in time with curated collaborative programming: roundtable discussions, fireside chats, and mentor office hours, and seeds Flowstate Sparks, structured artifacts that keep the conversation going long after the week ends.
The Future of Work
Today we sit with one of the most consequential questions of this moment: what happens to work as AI and automation accelerate? If technology continues to absorb the things we used to do for a paycheck, what gets freed up, and what do we choose to do with it? We'll explore the shift from working out of need to creating out of passion, the new shapes careers and companies might take, and what it means to build a life that holds up when the old scripts no longer apply. Expect honest conversation about both the opportunity and the uncertainty.
