/ About this event

It's time: Voice coding technology is now good enough. Openbase is hosting its third OUTDOORS hackathon as part of SF Tech Week, joined by Maritime and Sundai Club. Let's build apps, startups, and technology while enjoying nature and the outdoors at Stanford's beautiful campus, with minimal screens involved. It's the weekend, after all.

Use Openbase (tool of choice) or your own home-grown solution to direct coding agents from your phone by voice (speech-to-speech preferred). No laptop? No problem. Openbase+Maritime offer cloud hosting solutions accessible via the Openbase app or Maritime website.

Come as you are, no team needed, and meet others interested in innovating with voice AI. This hack is not only about *what* you make but also *where* and *how* you make it.

Example projects from past hacks, done all made through voice:

- Orchestrate a GTM agentic team and keep them running in loops - Building mobile command centers for visualizing agentic activity (with an audio-only agent-actvitiy radio station) - Knowledge curation: mine data from Whatsapp, Calendar, etc. and organize it in an Obsidean vault. - Location-based guided audio tours

Who should join?

Developers, founders, voice enthusiasts, students – all types of creative builders.

**Note: please bring headphones/airpods** to minimize cross-communication between voice agents during the initial setup period.
