The regulator won't accept "the model decided." When an AI agent inside a bank, insurer, or lender can move money, approve a transaction, or sign a disclosure, one ungoverned action isn't a bug, it's an exam finding.
Format update: interest outgrew a roundtable, so this is now a virtual, 30-40 minute interactive session on governing AI agents: real-time approval, human sign-off, and an audit trail that survives scrutiny.
