We’re bringing together 20 women founders for an intimate dinner and conversation around the founder you have to become for the company you want to build. Joining us are Stacy Pavlyshyna, co-founder and CEO of Awesomic, and Emily Iscoff-Daigian, founder and executive coach.
Stacy is the co-founder of Awesomic, a Y Combinator-backed company and a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur. She’s helped grow Awesomic from its earliest days into a company that has worked with 4,000+ businesses, including 400+ YC startups, while navigating fundraising, growth, and the realities of scaling as a founder.
Emily is a founder and executive coach who works closely with founders and leadership teams across high-growth companies, including multiple unicorns. Her work gets into the parts of building that are harder to see from the outside: leadership, identity, ambition, relationships, and the internal shifts growth demands.
We’re bringing their perspectives together to talk honestly about the unique experience of building as a female founder, what each new stage asks of you, and how to become the leader your next chapter requires.
