Coaching Circle for Startup Leaders
Whether you’re a startup founder, early employee, or team lead, get matched to a small group with others who share the same role as you. Guided by a trained coach, select participants will volunteer to share real challenges they're facing and experience coaching firsthand to mastermind a path forward.
We’ll form curated coaching groups around engineering, operations, product, GTM, and founders, so you can share honestly with people who are in the same shoes as you. We will use a fishbowl format where participants can choose between presenting a challenge or helping to solve one. Each group will be led by one of our startup specialty coaches at Tandem (https://trytandem.com/).
