🌟 Panelists: ✨ Lindiwe Stenberg — Business Operations Lead & Chief of Staff to the CMO @ Venmo Lindiwe Stenberg is Chief of Staff to the CMO at Venmo — the person who keeps marketing running in rhythm with the business, from finance and three-year planning to the board decks and other fun exec comms. She’s also leading the org’s AI transformation, including building Venmo’s first-ever AI creative generation tool. With over a decade in marketing and operations, an MS in Healthcare Marketing, and a PMP, she’s made a career of being the person who makes ambitious ideas actually happen. She’s based in the LA area, where she volunteers with Pasadena Humane.
✨ Shirin Bidel-Niyat — Chief of Staff @ goodr Shirin Bidel-Niyat is the Chief of Staff at goodr, where she partners with the CEO to drive strategic execution, executive and organizational alignment, and enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate the company's growth. She leads the Office of the CEO, overseeing cross-functional priorities, executive operations, and long-range planning to transform ambitious ideas into measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining goodr, Bidel-Niyat served as a presidential appointee and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where she supported the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO on complex operational and strategic initiatives at the nation's largest intellectual property agency. Drawing on experience in both the public and private sectors, she brings a unique perspective on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and the evolving role of the Chief of Staff in helping organizations maximize their impact.
✨ Kasey Katz — Chief of Staff to the CEO @ Hiyo Kasey Katz is Chief of Staff to the CEO and Board at Hiyo, where she helps scale a rapidly growing brand in the non alcoholic beverage space. She leads initiatives spanning strategy, AI adoption, operations, and organizational design, building the systems that enable teams to move faster, make better decisions, and stay aligned as the business grows. Her work sits at the intersection of people and process, translating executive vision into execution across every function. Prior to Hiyo, Kasey worked in Strategy & Operations at Twitter, where she supported Product Marketing leadership through the Elon Musk acquisition in 2022, gaining firsthand experience navigating organizational change. She later earned her MBA from Northwestern Kellogg before joining Hiyo. She is passionate about the practical application of AI in the workplace and believes the best technology isn't always the most sophisticated; it's the technology people actually adopt.
✨ Nikhil Saukhla — Head of Operations & Chief of Staff @ Rhaeos Nikhil Saukhla is a Chief of Staff at Rhaeos, a med tech startup, and works fractionally across collectibles, telemedicine, CPG, and e-commerce, taking on the parts of an organization that don't have an owner yet. Before that he ran program and platform at Cedars-Sinai Accelerator+, where community building was the work. He got his start in entertainment as a talent agent trainee at UTA in film and TV, working closely with creators to build brands and businesses, then moved into his first operator seat as right hand to the founders of RoofTop Management in live entertainment. He is an AI-native operator who builds his own tools, less interested in efficiency for its own sake than in what it frees people up to do: better work, better rooms, more human touch points. A UCLA grad based between LA and SF with several years across the European startup ecosystem, he continues to build at the intersection of operations and technology, where better systems make room for more of the human experience.
