Evan Shapiro - Co-Founder at STVDIO SPACE: Evan is a creative entrepreneur and community builder with 24+ years of experience across music and college markets, new media, and real estate. At STVDIO SPACE, he leads market development for its media arts hubs in college towns. He previously created Campus DJ, College Battle of the Bands, and the Chegg Music 101 Series, partnering with brands such as ESPN, Universal Music, Rock the Vote, Chipotle and AT&T along the way. Evan was also a founding advisor and investor in Audigent ($300M+ exit to Experian), a real estate investor with over $39M in transactions, and an Emory University BBA with a background in music.
Shawden Soltani - Director of Operations and Realtor Associate at The Oppenheim Group, a leading Los Angeles luxury real estate brokerage known globally through Netflix’s real estate series. Her background spans real estate operations, development analysis, project management, and finance, with previous experience at Kosmont Companies and PennyMac. She brings strong connectivity across the Los Angeles real estate and entertainment communities and is a UC Santa Barbara alumni.
Blaise Slattery - Senior Commercial Advisor and founding member of The Oppenheim Group’s Los Angeles commercial real estate team, with more than $330M and 560K+ square feet in closed transactions. His experience spans commercial real estate, physical studio spaces, music, and artist management, bringing a unique perspective at the intersection of real estate and the creative industries. Blaise is an SMU alumni.
