Women building wealth & power in the age of AI.
Women earn about 79 cents for every dollar men earn. They own about 32. Earning an income is not the same as building wealth, and most of us were taught the first and left to work out the second on our own.
The Wealth Room is one evening to change that. Women from across industries, in one room, saying the quiet parts out loud: what we own, how we invest, what we wish we had known sooner, and how to use AI and tech to speed up the move from earning to owning.
WHY THIS ROOM, WHY NOW • Women already control about a third of US household financial assets, and are set to take on much of the $30 trillion now held by baby boomers. The money is coming. The question is whether we are ready to grow it. • Women own 39% of American businesses and bring in 6% of the revenue. • Men are still picking up AI faster than women: 48% use it against 39% of women, in Harvard Business School's 2026 global study. The tools that could close the gap are being adopted faster on the other side of it. • Wealth is what gives women options, a say in the decisions that shape our lives, and something to pass on. None of that changes while we keep our strategies to ourselves.
