Your Next Growth Move is a 25-founder working session for founders and CEOs with traction who are deciding what actually deserves resources next.
Bring a live choice from your company. You’ll work on it first, then we’ll pressure-test a few founder decisions together so everyone can sharpen what deserves resources now, what should wait, and what still needs evidence.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Founders and CEOs of AI, SaaS, subscription, marketplace, ecommerce, gaming/digital goods, creator/content, and other digital products who have:
real revenue or institutional funding; online payments that matter to the business; and a meaningful growth choice in front of them.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Nico Fara is the founder of Product Market Pro and host of Why Growth Stops. She works with post-traction founders of AI, SaaS, subscription, marketplace, ecommerce and other digital products who have several plausible ways to grow but need to decide what deserves resources next.
Her work focuses on choices around customer, market, channel, offer, monetization and growth sequencing. She has led founder working sessions with accelerator programs and founder ecosystems in the U.S. and Europe.
