/ About this event
Three things are being built at once right now: software that acts on its own, machines that move through the world, and the capital deciding which of them gets funded. For one night, all three are in the same room. Then the room goes up to the roof.
HOW THE NIGHT WORKS
Doors open at 5 with a glass of prosecco in your hand. Content runs 6:10 to 8:05: three panels, five short keynotes, 16 people who build, fund or run the things everyone else is tweeting about.
At 8:15 the rooftop opens. Bar, music, every speaker who was just on stage now standing next to you with a drink. That's the part people come back for.
Doors at 5. Grab a glass of rosé on your way in.
Illia kicks things off at 5:30, Aman Mishra keynotes at 5:45, and from 6:15 to 8:05 it's three panels and three more keynotes. 16 people who build this stuff, fund it, or run it.
At 8:15 the rooftop opens. Bar, music, and every speaker who was just on stage is now standing next to you with a drink. That's the part people come back for.
AGENDA
5:00 — Doors open. Come early, the flutes are poured.
5:30 — Welcome + keynote: Illia Pashkov, Acton Labs What happens between an agent deciding something and the world actually executing it. Nobody owns that gap yet.
5:45 — Keynote: Aman Mishra, CEO, Unsiloed AI (YC F25) What an agent actually does inside a fund once it's handling the messy documents, and where the money really is.
6:15 — Panel 1: Agents. Who authorizes the agents? An agent inside a fund just moved money. Who signed off on that? The developer, the deployer, or the user? And where are agent startups making money today, versus where the decks say they will? Moderated by Olga Vox (Alinea Institute) With Lou Kerner (DAIAA), Aman Mishra (Unsiloed AI), Sharmin Ali (4x founder, ex-Google), Lidiya Dervisheva (Chromium Ventures)
6:50 — Keynote: Ashton Hettiarachi, OWNX Own 1: a desktop AI computer you actually own. He's bringing one.
6:55 — Panel 2: Atoms. Hardware is back. Does venture math work on it? Software gave VC 80% margins and zero capex. Robots, quantum and space give it neither. Three people building the hardware, two people deciding whether to fund it, and one question: is this a venture asset class, or are funds quietly becoming LPs in capex businesses? Moderated by Rachel Rose (Onchain Media) With Ashton Hettiarachi (OWNX), Lisa Yu (99.VC), Tatiana Petkova (Q-CTRL), Danil Kislinskiy (GGW Ventures), Alec Valas (Odyssey Capital)
7:25 — Keynote: Oren Barzilai, Founder & CEO, Equitybee The pre-IPO secondary market right now, in numbers. What's moving, at what discount, who's buying.
7:30 — Panel 3: Allocators. Pre-IPO, secondaries, and the most crowded trade in venture. Which AI names are employees most desperate to sell? How do you know you're buying real stock in a closed cap table? And when a family office and a $20M fund want the same allocation, who actually gets it? Moderated by Illia Pashkov With Oren Barzilai (Equitybee), Roberto Menendez (Multi-Family Office), Devon Kelley (Nightbird Capital)
8:00 — Closing keynote: Trevor Koverko, Co-Founder, ARC / Sapien What the human data layer under every model is actually worth.
8:15 — Rooftop opens. Bar, music, shrimp cocktail, the whole lineup. Until 10.
