/ About this event
Everyone talks about the AI they shipped. Nobody talks about where it broke.
This is a brunch for the people who actually have to deliver: AI application owners, product managers, GTM leaders and platform owners. It runs strictly off the record.

HOW THE MORNING RUNS 9:30 Arrivals and warm-up, placing the roundtables. 10:00 Panel: Blitzrounds of what might go wrong on the way to production, and what might go wrong in production itself. 10:45 Roundtables with each Panelist: small groups, where also guests can add their own story anonymously and we talk through them. The eval suite that burned through $$$, only ever showed green, and never moved the application forward. The voice feature a colleague vibecoded that landed on your desk. Whatever you live(d) through. 12:00 Wrap
No slides, no redemption arcs, no AI transcripts. Chatham House Rule, phones away, no press.
Start your Tuesday with food for the 🧠 and the 🫃🏻.
Small group only. We screen for people who have shipped and know what it takes to keep things running at scale.
