Join founders, developers, and investors for a hands-on afternoon exploring personal AI—and building it with coding agents.
Start with a live coding-agent demonstration, team up around a real human need, and turn your idea into a working prototype. Then take the stage to demo what you built and join founders and investors for a conversation about what could become a product people use every day.
Come with an idea, join a team, or bring a project you want to take further.
🛠️ PART I · BUILD & DEMO
12:00–4:30 PM | Personal AI Build Challenge
Go from an idea to something you can show.
We’ll open with a live demonstration of how coding agents can help you move from a product brief to a working application. Then you’ll form teams and build your own personal AI during a two-hour sprint.
What could you build?
* A personal assistant that helps organize your day * A learning companion that adapts to your goals * A personal memory tool that helps you find and use your notes * An agent that turns spoken ideas into useful work * A creative companion for writing, brainstorming, or making things * A decision-support tool built around your preferences
Keep it focused: one person, one real need, one working experience.
Use your preferred coding agent to build. Showcase participants and any available sponsored credits will be announced before the event.
Schedule
12:00–12:15 PM · Check-in & Meet Your Fellow Builders Get settled, meet potential teammates, and share what you want to build.
12:15–12:35 PM · Live Coding Agent Demo See how an idea becomes a working prototype—with a practical walkthrough of building, testing, and iterating with a coding agent.
12:35–1:00 PM · Challenge Brief, Team Formation & Setup Choose a use case, define your demo, and get your tools ready.
1:00–3:00 PM · Build Sprint: Build Your Personal AI Two hours to build, test, and refine your prototype.
3:00–3:15 PM · Submit & Reset Submit your project and prepare a short demonstration.
3:15–4:30 PM · Live Demos & Judge Feedback Selected teams demonstrate their prototypes and explain the human need behind them. Demo slots will depend on the number of submissions.
💬 PART II · FROM PROTOTYPE TO PRODUCT
4:30–6:00 PM | Founder & Investor Conversation, Awards & Networking
You’ve built a prototype. What would make someone come back tomorrow?
After watching the demos, founders and investors will discuss the opportunities emerging in personal AI—and what separates an interesting experiment from a product people trust and use.

4:30–5:10 PM · Founder & VC Panel Beyond the Demo: What Makes Personal AI Worth Coming Back To?
A conversation about daily usefulness, memory, personalization, trust, and the path from a small prototype to a consumer business. Panelists will also reflect on ideas demonstrated during the build challenge.
5:10–5:25 PM · Awards & Closing Remarks Recognizing standout projects for usefulness, working execution, and thoughtful personal-AI experiences.
5:25–6:00 PM · Founder, Builder & Investor Networking Try each other’s projects, connect with investors and fellow builders, and find collaborators to keep building with.
Speakers, judges, sponsors, and award details will be announced as confirmed.
🎒 What to Bring
Bring your laptop, charger, and access to your preferred coding tools. Solo builders and teams are welcome; you can also find teammates on site.
For demos, use sample data or information you’re comfortable sharing publicly.
