/ About this event
Can you have a moral compass and still found and grow a billion dollar company?
A conversation with a founder who confronted genocide publicly while building, and still grew a unicorn.
Rami Elghandour (CEO, Arcellx, $7.8B Exit) on what it costs to say something publicly, how to keep growing, and what he has learned about investors and the tech and VC ecosystem.
Who should come: founders, investors, tech workers, and anyone in tech who has wanted to say something or do something and isn't sure how.
What you'll leave with: a clearer sense of what speaking up actually costs, and what it doesn't.
Schedule: 5:30: Doors open, light dinner 6:15: Fireside Chat with Rami 7:30: Coffee and discussion
