/ About this event
After token-maxxing, how about health-maxxing?
Your wearable can tell you how you slept. Your lab results can flag a number. The internet can give you ten conflicting nutrition rules. But none of them automatically answers the question: What should I eat today?
Join Eatopia.ai and the Stanford Entrepreneurship Club for a hands-on SF Tech Week Dinner Lab exploring nutrition, wearable data, and the decisions that data alone can’t make for you.
During the event, you’ll use Eatopia to turn one goal, whether it’s energy, digestion, focus, sleep, or a lab marker, along with your routines, food preferences, and real-life constraints, into a personalized seven-day starting nutrition protocol.
Together, we’ll explore: · Why more health data doesn’t always lead to better decisions · Why “healthy” advice can conflict across different bodies and goals · Which wearable and nutrition signals are useful and which are mostly noise · How AI can translate information into meals, grocery choices, and daily actions · Where professional dietitian judgment still matters
WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH · A personalized seven-day starting protocol generated through Eatopia · A clearer framework for evaluating nutrition and wearable advice · Practical food and grocery actions for the following week · New connections across the Stanford and SF Tech Week founder communities
ABOUT EATOPIA Eatopia is a dietitian-supported AI nutrition platform that turns health goals, routines, symptoms, food preferences, wearable data, and real-life constraints into personalized meals, grocery plans, and everyday food decisions that people can realistically follow.
Hosted by Cecilia Chen, PhD, Ed.M., RDN, founder of Eatopia.ai.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND · Founders, operators, investors, researchers, and students interested in health, AI, consumer products, or behavior change · People who use wearables but aren’t sure what to do with all the data · Anyone overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice · Builders interested in the gap between information and real-world adherence
