Extraordinary does O-1A and EB-1A visas for founders and high skilled tech workers. On the Wednesday of SF Tech Week the team is putting 60 founders and investors in a room over brunch for networking and answering the questions you don't usually get a straight answer to.

- Founders who moved here and are figuring out what comes after their current status - Founders in SF this week on an ESTA or a B1/B2, working out how to come back for good - Founders on an O-1, H-1B or F-1 OPT thinking about the next step (including the green card) - Anyone who's been told they probably don't qualify and wants a second opinion
How the morning runs
10:30 to 11:15, arrive, eat, meet people
11:20 to 11:45, 25 minutes on what actually changed in US immigration this year and what founders can do about it
11:45 to 1:00, open floor + networking
Who you'll be talking to
Mo Zia, CEO of Extraordinary. Harvard Law, ex-Meta, ex-State Department. His father came to the US on an O-1.
Rahul Rao, Founding Attorney. Ten years in US immigration law, from big law to senior counsel at a unicorn startup. Served at DHS under both the Biden and Trump administrations, and has helped hundreds of founders build in the U.S.
Charles Pelletier-Gagne, GTM Lead. Canadian, came on a startup visa, sold a company, got the green card (and got sent to secondary inspection twice along the way).
