WHO THIS IS FOR: Founders, co-founders and CEOs of technology companies with real traction who are hiring or expect to hire sales, marketing, growth or GTM talent within the next six months. U.S.-based or expanding into the U.S.; investor-backed or profitable.
WHY THIS ROOM: Application only. Attendance is capped at 20. This isn't a panel marathon or an open networking breakfast. Nico Fara and Sequoia Compensation Advisor will each open with a short perspective; most of the morning is reserved for candid discussion among the founders in the room.
ABOUT NICO FARA: Nico Fara is the founder of Product Market Pro, a former founder and operator, and an engineer by training. She has built go-to-market from the ground up across multiple tech ventures and now works with post-traction founders on turning early traction into repeatable growth and building the team around what is actually working. She also hosts Why Growth Stops, where she interviews seasoned investors and advisors about why promising companies stall and what changes when growth starts working again.
