Part I — The Workshop: Building Agentic Teams (4:00–4:30) The operating frameworks, hands-on: where agents actually replace coordination (and where they can't), designing workflows for delegation instead of assistance, the trust-boundary and guardrail decisions that let you put agents in front of real work, and the data flywheel that makes the whole system compound. You'll leave with the same scorecards and frameworks our operator community runs on.
Part II — The Fireside: Scaling in Practice (4:30–5:00) An unfiltered conversation on what it's actually like — what breaks first, what the org chart looks like at 10, 30, and 100 people when a third of the "team" is agents, how investors underwrite agentic efficiency, and the honest failure modes nobody puts in a deck. Audience questions welcome.
Part III — Cocktails on Sutter (5:00–6:00) The part where it gets specific. Bring your actual operating problem — the workflow you can't crack, the agent that isn't sticking, the scaling decision on your desk — and talk it through with the Musa team and the room. The best hour of the day, on us.
