The premise: agentic orchestration is one of the hottest employment credentials in tech right now — the skill of making AI systems actually run workflows, not just chat about them. This hackathon is where you prove you have it, get certified in it, and maybe get funded for it.
The challenge: build the most creative solution with the highest commercial impact on the TradesQuest API — the first product from Stonebyte, launching live at this event. One rule that changes everything: your codebase must be 100% AI-generated. No hand-written code. You are the architect, the orchestrator, and the editor — the agents do the typing. This is the constraint that separates people who use AI from people who conduct it.
The stack is free: every participant builds with free access to frontier AI models through Tokenly — watch an ad, get your tokens, keep building. No API keys, no credit cards, no excuses.
The day: doors and team formation at 12:00 PM · challenge brief and TradesQuest API walkthrough at 12:30 · build sprint through the afternoon · demos to judges at 4:00 · winners announced at 5:00. Then walk eight blocks and join the rest of Tech Week — the evening belongs to the city.
What you can win:
Finalist teams earn vouchers for official Microsoft AI certifications — including the agentic-AI credentials employers are actively screening for — plus certification-track training through Musa Labs
The winning team takes an additional $500 cash and an investment meeting with Musa Capital, with consideration for up to $100K in SPV investment for teams building something real
Judging: creativity of the solution × commercial impact × orchestration quality — how well your agents worked, not how hard you typed.
