Belarusian founders in SF, let's get in one room.
We're hosting a gathering for Belarusian founders, operators, and investors during #SFTechWeek.
Right now everyone in tech is dealing with the same thing. AI is rewriting how markets work. It's opening doors that didn't exist eighteen months ago and knocking down businesses that looked safe. Nobody knows which side of that they'll land on, and plans made in January are already out of date.
For most founders this is the first time the ground has moved like this.
For Belarusians it isn't. We've already packed up teams and moved them to another country. Rebuilt companies from nothing, sometimes twice. Kept payroll running and people whole while the news got worse. We learned to make decisions without enough information because there was no other option.
That's worth something now. The skill everyone is scrambling to develop is one this community already has, and the people who have it are mostly still figuring out how to use it on purpose.
So this event is about two things: meeting people who've been through the same thing, and getting practical about how to decide and act when the plan stops working.

🙋♀️ Invited Speaker: Alesia S. — Your Operating System for Uncertainty
Alesia (alesiacoach.com) is a Senior HR Business Partner at a global public company with around 4,000 people and about $2.7B in annual revenue.
Over four years she was personally responsible for relocating, hiring, and letting go of more than 1,000 people. She did that while helping leaders run a business through war and constant change. She made those calls herself, carried hundreds of people through them, and kept things moving when there was no playbook to follow.
What she learned from it can be taught. In her session she'll cover how to: 🔍 see how you personally react to uncertainty, and use that instead of fighting it ⚖️ tell the difference between what you know and what you're assuming or fearing 🎯 find the one thing that has to become clear before your next decision 🚀 turn uncertainty into small moves that bring back new information 🔄 read what reality tells you and adjust faster
You'll leave with your own Operating System for Uncertainty, and with a room full of people who get it.
