Turn yourself into a lab for a night. Bring along an idea or an agent. You get a sandbox your agent can run in, a model post-trained on your own traces, and somewhere to serve it afterwards.
If you have production traces or an agent repo, bring them. Engineers from all three teams work the room all night to get you unstuck.
