/ About this event
Every product demo this Tech Week will show you how fast something got built, and how cool it is. This one's different: It's about what happened after.
DevPlaza is hosting 'Production Fail: Live' - an evening of tech leaders telling their worst production-incident stories - live, unfiltered, and with a comic twist. Real 2am pages, real post-mortems, real "we should've caught that" moments - all told by people who lived them and fought them, not case studies.
Expect: - 6 hand-picked engineering leaders, 7 minutes each, real stories ("six, seeeee-ven!") - Free 1st beer if you show up and sign up to use DevPlaza with your work email - Zero pitches, zero slideware, zero company or product names or details - just the best war stories in software engineering - Audience responds to speaker stories with a "nightmare-o-meter"
Speaker spots are full, but if you really want to speak, reach out by emailing the host at admin@dev-plaza.com - we'll try to work something out to accommodate you!
About DevPlaza: It's the production readiness platform for the AI coding era. It sits between AI coding tools & production environments, automating, orchestrating and governing the entire software lifecycle including quality, security and observability. Exactly to help reduce the number of "2 am production nightmares".
When? Oct 6th, 4.30 PM - 6 PM Where? Barebottle Brewing Company (550 B Oak Grove Ave Ste B Menlo Park CA 94025) Who should attend? This one's for: People who've built, broken, and rebuilt production systems - and want to hear (and laugh at) the stories.
