Meanwhile entry-level postings are down 35% and 45% of HR folks admit to posting jobs they have zero intention of filling. Cool cool cool, very normal, not concerning at all.
So we flipped the whole format. This time, the companies pitch to you.
11 actual startups with 40+ open roles (not the ones who peaced out after 2023) get 3 minutes on stage to convince you why you should want to work there. You get to judge them, ask questions, roll your eyes if the pitch is mid. It's the energy of a first date, except you're allowed to leave a review.
