Real talk: you've done the booth thing. You waited 40 minutes in line to hand your resume to someone whose job title is literally "Recruiter, Volume 2," who smiled, said "great, we'll be in touch," and then you never heard from them again. That resume is now living its best life in an ATS black hole somewhere, probably making friends with 10,000 other resumes.
Meanwhile entry-level postings are down 35% and 45% of HR folks admit to posting jobs they have zero intention of filling. Cool cool cool, very normal, not concerning at all.
So we flipped the whole format. This time, the companies pitch to you.
15 actual startups (not the ones who peaced out after 2023) get 3 minutes on stage to convince you why you should want to work there. You get to judge them, ask questions, roll your eyes if the pitch is mid. It's the energy of a first date, except you're allowed to leave a review.
We built this because we were tired of watching genuinely talented people get ghosted by a format that was never designed for them in the first place. This is our attempt at something better — imperfect, a little scrappy, but real.
