The AI Founder Room is a curated SF gathering for founders, builders, operators, and investors building in the AI era.
For our first session, From AI Tools to AI-Native Company, we’ll explore what it actually means to build a company around AI — not simply add AI tools on top of existing workflows.
We’ll discuss:
What work can already be handed off to AI — and what still requires people? Which capabilities startups are building today may eventually be absorbed by foundation models? How can small teams use AI to achieve what previously required much larger organizations? What does an AI-native organization actually look like? How should AI reshape Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and Engineering? This is not a large conference or a generic AI panel.
The AI Founder Room is designed around a simple idea: bring a relevant group of people into one room, create shared context through a focused conversation, then leave enough space for real questions and meaningful connections.
