Who Hosts the Hosts? is a two-part collaboration exchange designed to solve your operational bottlenecks before doors open:
Phase 1 — The Midnight Exchange (12:00 AM Monday, Virtual):
At midnight as Tech Week officially kicks off, every approved host receives the live SF Tech Week Host Ask & Offer Board. Search who has venue overflow, who has open speaking seats, who needs emergency AV/caterers, and who has co-promotional capacity. Connect asynchronously before your Monday morning meetings begin.
Phase 2 — The Sunset Rooftop Reception (4:30 PM – 7:30 PM, In-Person):
Fifty confirmed hosts gather on an open-air San Francisco rooftop to put faces to names, finalize cross-promotions, trade speaker introductions, and share a quiet drink before the week peaks.

Application Requirement: You must be a confirmed host or co-host of an approved SF Tech Week 2026 event.
